Synergy

The take over of Pharmalot enables Ace to strengthen her position. "We see diverse risks and challenges coming at us within the field of pharmaceutical compounding. The synergistic opportunities we see by merging Ace with Pharmalot will lead to an even broader portfolio of quality compounded pharmaceuticals for both pharmacy and patient. This allows the fulfillment of a complete service approach and one-stop-shop objective by Ace", says Jan Verwaal, CEO of Ace.

Basic Pharma and Mosadex, current shareholders in Pharmalot, are convinced that concentrating pharmaceutical compounding at Ace is the best guarantee for continuity and optimalisation of the development opportunities in this field.
