A-CQ 100®
A-CQ 100 (chloroquine) interferes the growth and reproduction of malaria parasites and some other parasites. It also inhibits the formation of abnormal autoimmune bodies (substances directed against the body's own cells).
A-CQ 100 is therefore prescribed for both the prophylaxis and treatment of malaria, but also for the treatment of specific forms of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and treatment of the autoimmune disease lupus erythematosus (LE).
